About Me

R to the T: My love for food started at a young age. While most kids played outside, I watched cooking shows. I'm talking Frugal Gourmet, Galloping Gourmet, and my cooking idol Julia Child. When eating meals, I would make believe I was hosting a cooking show. This love for food has never faded and now I'm living on my own and have more freedom in the kitchen. I don't claim to be an excellent cook and actually savour my mishaps because it adds to my self-deprecating nature. It also provides fodder for some good laughs.
